Tiny Towns is a Social Enterprise focused on enterprise, property & community development for tiny house investors, dwellers & enthusiasts. In conjunction with our residential & commercial members (& in consultation with industry experts), Tiny Towns will develop & continually refine a replicable model of affordable, collaborative & sustainable Tiny House Communities with each providing safe, secure & healthy housing, food, income choices for our residential, commercial & visiting members. Each community will also provide eco-tourism accommodation, sites & facilities for local & international tourists, holiday makers & short stay guests. In this way, Tiny Towns will be able to make our eco-resort facilities & activities available to our residential & commercial members to enjoy.

Our charter is to create multiple sustainable income streams & attract Impact investors & Property Developers to enable the acquisition &/or development of larger urban & rural properties as Tiny House Eco Resort Communities. Each of our properties will be held in trust & perpetuity, for the benefit of our members (including non/residential & commercial members) & guests for existing & future generations.

After a false start in 2021 due to CoVid restrictions, Tiny Towns has been commissioned to create a Tiny House Display Village for the Maleny Wood Expo (MWE) on 29-30 April & 1st May 2023. In keeping with MWE's Sustainability Policy, our display will feature Tiny Houses that best showcase sustainably forested, locally grown &/or recycled timber in the external & internal cladding & finishes - preferably in a more natural state to highlight & respect the beauty of the timber. However, given a small though premium site has been secured for our 'Tiny House Village', & to complement MWE's local, national & international artisans & woodworkers, we are limiting our display to Tiny Houses on Wheels & Skids up to 9 metres (Max), with Off-Grid Capability & On-Grid Connectivity, & only 1-2 in any variation. In addition, we are also inviting applications from exhibitors associated with the Tiny House, Eco-Friendly & Affordable Housing industry sectors, especially Off-Grid & Renewables. Preference will be given to 'local' Tiny Towns Members, Builders & Manufacturers, plus Product/Service Providers who can more closely fulfill the brief, first and foremost.

Wherever possible, we will seek to identify and promote ‘Australian Made & Grown’ (inc built & manufactured here in Australia) over imported options to minimise carbon footprint, environmental degradation, & support local businesses & the Australian economy, first and foremost.
