Tiny Towns Vision
Tiny Towns’ Vision is to develop a network of Tiny House Eco Resort Communities to be held in trust in perpetuity, & cooperatively managed by members for our members & guests, as part of the wider community.
Our Community Land Trust model will take each property off the market & with the land out of the equation, investment, home ownership or renting can be faster and more affordable for our members.
In the meantime, Tiny Towns is working to:
- Increase market and government awareness of Tiny Houses as an eco-friendly, affordable and viable solution to Australia’s affordable housing crisis;
- Identify impact investors, developers, owner/occupiers and leasees willing to share their properties with those in need of temporary, short term and ongoing affordable accommodation – including legally siting Tiny Houses on Wheels, Skids or Foundations;
- Develop Social Enterprises offering products and services aligned with Tiny Houses, Eco-Friendly and Affordable Housing and Lifestyles, to make our Tiny Towns vision a reality for our members within this and future generations.
